HOW TO PREPARE AND PERFORM

BANK LEVIES / EARNING WITHHOLDING ORDERS
 

In the Counties where the Sheriff still serves, (and some taking up to a month or more) most Law Firms prefer to have a Registered Process Server perform the Levy as they can have control of the Levy and specify service on a particular day and time.  Several Sheriff’s Departments are no longer serving Bank Levies or Third Party Attachments, thus creating job security for the Process Server.

This class will teach you:

•  How to Prepare the Levy documents
•  How to Obtain a Civil Number from the Sheriff
• How to properly serve the Levy, and
•  How to properly prepare and return the Proof of Service

SKIP TRACING FOR THE

INVESTIGATOR / PROCESS SERVER

This class is a must for the Private Investigator and Registered Process Servers. The class covers more than just Skip Trace Techniques, it also covers what NOT to do so you can avoid being sued! The class is not only informative, but very entertaining. Each student is encouraged to bring the name of one subject that you would like to Skip Trace during class.

 NOTE:   Because of the material taught, students MUST be a Licensed Private Investigator,

a Registered Process Server, Certified Paralegal, or Employed by a Law Firm.
